At Wolbrook, we offer "FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE FOR ALL WATCHES AND ORDERS ABOVE 120€."

1. SHIPPING PROCESS

Once your order is placed, it will be prepared and shipped within 2–3 working days if your watch is in stock.

If your watch is not in stock, the dispatch date depends on availability. Kindly refer to the relevant product page for detailed information.

Once your order reaches the carrier, a tracking number will be sent to your e-mail. Our watches and accessories are shipped internationally with DHL from France where they are assembled (read more below).

2. DESTINATION & DELIVERY TIME

FRANCE

- DHL Economy (2–3 Business days) – 10 € for orders below 80€ / 5€ for orders between 80€ and 120€ / Free for orders above 120€ and all watches
- DHL Express (1–2 Business days) – 15 € for orders below 80€ / 10€ for orders between 80€ and 120€ / 5€ for orders above 120€ and all watches

EUROPEAN UNION / UNITED KINGDOM

- DHL Economy (3–4 Business days) – 10€ for orders below 80€ / 5€ for orders below 120€ / Free for orders above 120€ and all watches

FROM WHERE DO WE SHIP OUR WATCHES?

Our watches and accessories are shipped internationally with DHL from France. In rare cases, some orders are fulfilled from our Hong Kong office to serve APAC clients faster. Note that all our watches are assembled in France.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes.

3. CUSTOMS & TAXES

FOR EU CUSTOMERS

VAT and applicable import duties are included in the price displayed at checkout — you won't have to pay anything extra upon delivery.

FOR NON-EU CUSTOMERS

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees determined by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly before delivery.

FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS [last update on Sep 26, 2025]

Effective August 29, 2025, U.S. Customs has removed the de minimis exemption for imports under USD 800. While shipping remains FREE for our watches, all shipments—regardless of value—are now subject to:

  • Customs duties: approximately 15% on all products imported from EU. Duties are calculated on the full commercial value, even if purchased with a discount or promotion.
  • DHL Import Processing Fee: a flat brokerage fee of about USD 17 applied by DHL when advancing duties/taxes to U.S. Customs.
  • Additional clearance fees: e.g., a Single Clearance fee (~USD 35) when U.S. Customs requires DHL to process the shipment as a formal entry.
  • Bonded storage fees: may be charged if a shipment is held in a Customs bonded warehouse due to delays in payment or missing documents.

To avoid bonded storage fees, we strongly recommend:
- Monitoring your DHL tracking link,
- Checking your email (including spam/junk),
- Submitting documentation promptly,
- Paying duties and taxes as soon as DHL contacts you.

These charges are determined by U.S. Customs/DHL and must be paid by the recipient within 3–5 days of request. Collection is made securely by DHL.

If charges are not paid within this timeframe, the package will be returned to us, and return shipping costs will apply.

We are actively monitoring these cases and collecting client experiences in order to provide the most accurate guidance during this transition.

Warranty Returns & Repairs
If a watch is returned for repair and shipped back to the U.S., it will be declared as a returning product with nominal value. However, U.S. Customs may still treat it as a new import, and duties/taxes may apply.

FOR UK CUSTOMERS

Since Brexit, while shipping remains FREE for our watches, UK customers are now required to pay 20% VAT. DHL will securely collect this before delivery.

CUSTOMS REGULATIONS & CHARGES

Customs regulations and charges vary by country, and we are unable to estimate these costs in advance.

We also recommend checking with your local customs office.

Please note before placing your order:

  • You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees required by your local authorities.
  • If these charges are not paid, your shipment may be delayed, returned, or incur additional costs — for which we are not responsible.
  • Shipping fees and any customs duties/taxes paid are non-refundable if the package is refused or returned.
