The Grand Prix watches are available in different variations, dial coloration with steel or black PVD treatment cases on rally leather strap, "Tropic" rubber strap or steel beads of rice bracelets.
THE "GRAND PRIX" RACING WATCHES
In the early 1960s, Wolbrook and its sister brand Douglas introduced the "Grand Prix" watches: solid, water-resistant and highly legible timepiece with luminous markers and hands, along with a rotatable bezel with elapsed time.
This mix of features from a diving watch and a racing watch makes it the kind of tool-watch car racing enthusiasts and "petrol heads" would wear and car industry members - like CHAMPION sparkplugs - chose to partner with.
