The "Workmanship Standard Handling" operation includes the following tasks:
- Disassembly of the watch
- Cleaning of the watch
- Regulation of the movement
- Water resistance check
- Final QC
- Packing
The following operations are not included (if needed) and will be subjected to an updated invoice:
- Optional replacement of damaged parts like: hands, dials or gaskets
- Repair of the movement
- Change of the movement

Parts are not sold separately through our website, and all repair services are exclusively handled in our manufacturing facility in France.
If your watch is experiencing an issue, we are here to assist you.
Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth after-sales process:
1 - Contact Us
Send an email to contact@wolbrook.com with the following details:
- Your order reference number
- Clear and close-up pictures of your watch head (front, back, and 2 sides) to record conditions
- Detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
2 - Remote Diagnostic
Our team will provide an initial remote diagnosis by email and guide you through the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer additional testing instructions to confirm the issue before advising on how to send your watch back for investigation and repair.
3 - Repair Quote (if applicable)
Based on our investigation, we will determine if the issue is covered under warranty or if a repair quote is required. If a repair quote is needed, we will provide it for your approval before proceeding.
Please note: Repair parts cannot be ordered separately and are only available as part of our repair services.
4 - Investigation and Repair
Once your watch arrives at our facility, our expert watchmakers will examine it within 5-7 working days. Should they find any concerns requiring your attention, we will notify you promptly.
5 - Repair Completion and Return
After the repair is completed, we will notify you via email and provide tracking details for the return shipment.
Important Notes:
- Typical repair lead time is 3–5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the repair.
- Ensure all correspondence includes your order reference for faster processing.
- Any order placed of After Sales items (SKU starting with SAV-) without contacting us will be cancelled.
